Neema A. Oriko is a Partner at A&N Legal. She has more than eight (8) years of extensive experience working in tier-one law firms. Her professional journey is marked by her substantial contributions in advising both national and international clients on a wide spectrum of legal matters. Her expertise extends to corporate commercial structuring, intellectual property, and technology- related transactions, including intricate facets of data protection law. She has also undertaken due diligence investigations on various projects.
She has a wealth of experience with different clientele ranging from private individuals to organizations in industries such as health; pharmaceuticals and medical equipment; manufacturing; food and beverages; chemicals and cosmetics; textiles and apparel; plastics and rubber; agriculture and agribusiness; information technology, education, tourism, and telecommunications.
