Anne C. Odhiambo serves as the Managing Partner at A&N Legal. Anne has over fourteen (14) years experience serving as a trusted advisor to both local and international clients, with a notable focus on private client work.  Anne has cultivated profound expertise in supporting clients in the management of their legacies, offering strategic counsel in areas such as wealth management, investment protection, family business dynamics, estate structuring, and succession planning.

Anne’s wealth of experience was honed while working at renowned tier-one law firms, where she became well-regarded for her poised, pragmatic, and strategic approach to meeting her clients’ unique needs. Furthermore, she possesses in-depth knowledge in various legal domains, including trust law, property law, family law, immigration and employment law. Her versatile skills and experience have allowed her to serve clients across a spectrum of industries, including health, manufacturing, agriculture, education, tourism, and telecommunications.

Beyond her professional legal practice, Anne is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya.  She currently holds the esteemed role of Co-Convener within Law Society of Kenya Nairobi Branch Social Welfare Committee whose mandate is to promote the welfare of lawyers practicing in Nairobi and Kiambu counties.  Anne is also an active member of the Bar Bench Committee, High Court Family Division and the Magistrates Court.  Anne is also a committee member of the Lands Registry Liaison Group, highlighting her dedication to various facets of the legal profession.

Anne’s expertise extends to mediation, as she is listed on the roll of Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre as a mediator. Her remarkable expertise and experience makes her a significant and valuable addition to the practice of our esteemed firm.
